We work closely with families to provide opportunities for practitioners to visit the school and work with individuals where appropriate. Parent consent is required before visitors can come to the school. Please contact the front office if you require further information.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (the Scheme) or NDIS, has now commenced in the ACT. NDIS funding will enable reasonable and necessary supports to be purchased by people who are ACT residents and meet the participant eligibility guidelines for Early Intervention or Disability. Malkara School works with private providers of therapy to support the needs of individual students.
